When she’s not hard at work leading our customer happiness team and supporting our customers, you can find her out in nature or supporting her community and cultivating joy in her day to day.
Ned: Can you share a bit about yourself?
Molly: I am a sensitive and empathic soul who appreciates the simplicity, beauty and teachings of nature. I’m very passionate about holistic wellness, movement and different healing modalities. I’m a lover of good food, travel, new experiences, reading, deep conversations and cultivating joy in my day to day. I enjoy creating community and supporting my friends and family!
Ned: What are some of your hobbies?
Molly: I enjoy being in nature as much as possible, along with dancing, reading, hiking, gardening, playing and yoga.
Ned: What are your core values?
Molly: Integrity is everything. My truth and intuition are my north star. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Ned: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Molly: Listen. Pause and take in the information instead of reacting right away. You’d be surprised how your perspective can shift.
Ned: What’s your favorite quote?
Molly: “Serenity comes when you trade expectations for acceptance” –Buddha
Ned: What do you do at Ned?
Molly: I am the Customer Happiness Manager!
Ned: Why do you love working at Ned?
Molly: As a step-mom I have really appreciated the support and flexibility around scheduling that Ned offers and overall just the culture of our team! We have some really amazing humans here. :)
Ned: What’s your favorite Ned product?
Molly: I use Balance Blend 2x a day (AM and PM), it has helped so much with my overall joint pain as well as my stress levels and helping me to balance my hormones. It has also reduced my pain level with cramping around my cycle. I also use the Hemp Infused Body Butter at night before bed. It’s super moisturizing and also helps my joint pain in my hands from typing most days. Lastly, I use Lavenderberry Mellö in the evening if I am having a hard time winding down. It helps so much with my sleep, especially on more stressful nights when I’m having a hard time winding down.
Ned: How do you like to start your day?
Molly: I like to start my day with a mug of hot lemon water and starting a fire. It’s cold in our cabin in the winter and it’s a ritual I have really come to enjoy. I take a few minutes to check in with my body and take a few deep breaths, checking in with myself and waking up, asking myself what I need. And finally I do a gratitude practice, even if it’s just one quick thing. I’ve found it’s really helpful for setting up my day!
Ned: How do you like to end your day?
Molly: I’m a huge bath person so I like to end my day most nights with a hot bath with candles and yummy essential oils. Post-bath, I like to do a 5-10min meditation or read before bed after nourishing my hands with the Hemp Infused Body Butter!
Ned: What’s your best tip for stress?
Molly: If I feel overwhelmed or stressed, I like to stop what I’m doing, move my body in some way and take a few deep breaths. I remind myself to come back to the present and focus on just one thing at a time.
Ned: What’s your best tip for sleep?
Molly: I do my best to put my phone and other screens away about an hour before bed so that I don’t have the blue light influence on my sleep cycle. It’s so helpful for me to have a wind down period of time before bed. Even carving out a few minutes for conscious relaxation and awareness can be so helpful for stress relief.
