Open Positions 

Marketing Manager


​​Ned (Boulder, CO) is looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Ned Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to drive real results within a fast-growing company. You’ll develop and guide execution of marketing strategies that grow the Ned community, engage customers, and support our thriving North Star Members across all marketing channels. Working cross functionally with leadership in brand, content, growth marketing, and e-commerce, you’ll help create and distribute marketing campaigns and content with a focus on growing customer retention and creating successful outcomes for every Ned customer.

Job Duties

- Bridge data and creativity to develop and lead content strategy across all integrated marketing channels.
- Manage and create social media content across all platforms.
- Create content, manage and expand email marketing programs.
- Engage with Ned’s community of North Star Members and customers.
- Lead the development and execution of the social media marketing strategy.
- Assist Brand Manager in coordinating visual asset production to meet the needs of Ned’s annual promotional calendar. 
- Support the content, brand, and ecommerce directors in building the annual content calendar.
- Analyze and share common themes, trends, and FAQs from consumers.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of of the Shopify platform
- Demonstrated experience building and executing annual content plans
- 1-2 years of experience working with Klaviyo or similar ESP
- 1-2 years of content strategy and production
- 1-2 years of social media marketing experience
- Proficient in social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

- Full-time.
- Starting salary range: $65,000-75,000. 
- Generous bonus and commission structure, health benefits, stock options, 15 days PTO.
