Order Fulfillment and Production Specialists (2 open roles)


Ned (Boulder, CO) is looking for Production and Order Fulfillment Specialists, who will assist with packaging and shipping our products in the warehouse. Responsibilities will include bottling, sealing, tubing, box making while ensuring all standards, safety measures, and operating procedures are met. The ideal candidates have a passion for being part of an efficient and productive team effort to provide supreme quality to our customers.

The ideal candidate has- A fast learner with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves, figure things out, and make them better
- The capacity and interest in understanding the business reason behind the numbers and thinking about the best way to achieve the business goal
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Customer Happiness Representative

Ned (Boulder, CO) is looking for a part-time Customer Happiness Representative to join our team.

Our Customer Happiness team is here to go above and beyond to support our customers and the ideal candidate truly enjoys interacting with people, is an excellent listener and is passionate about thinking outside the box.

Customer Happiness Representative Duties

- Study, learn and document all customer service issues. This encompasses the entire customer experience: FAQ’s, online ordering, fulfillment, shipping, and customer satisfaction.
- Answer all customer enquiries within a timely fashion.
- Maintain a record of customer service issues to identify outstanding issues.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. 
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
