I have indeed noticed a diff in my pms symptoms.
Okay, I wish I took before and after photos but I didn’t and I hate myself for that. I am on my fourth bottle of this balance blend. I usually wait a while to write reviews because sometimes it requires more than a month or so to work but I was struggling with hormonal acne just around my chin area.. I’d ALWAYS have a breakout here and there more than one and it was so frustrating. I finally decided to try something to help me with the breakouts and this has been a life CHANGER I mean really amazing. 4 months in and I cannot say enough about my skin and how good it looks recently. Also not to mention it helps with period cramps a whole lot. I will recommend this to all my friends. Thankful for a formula that has helped me with my chin acne when nothing else has 🙌🏼🙌🏼
