Domestic Orders

Free shipping on all orders over $100 or on all North Star Membership subscribe and save orders within the continental US.

All orders over $300 ship via UPS Ground and require a signature.

Customers have the option to select UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air (guaranteed delivery within 2 business days of shipment).

Please note - for any expedited orders placed over the weekend, they will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day over holidays.  Please allow 1 business day for handling.

 

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope this changes soon so please check back from time to time!

 

60-day Risk Free Trial

As part of our Ned Stress-Free Guarantee, we’re happy to offer our new customers a 60-day risk-free trial.

  1. Simply place your order. Your 60-day Stress-Free guarantee begins from the day your order is delivered. 
  2. Receive all the support you need from our Customer Happiness Team. We’re here to help!
  3. If you want to break things off, no hard feelings. Just reach out to our Customer Happiness Team and we’ll get your return started. Simple. 
  4. International orders are not eligible for the 60-day Risk Free Trial.

Return Policy

You may return your unopened products for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned product being received by Ned & Co. You may request a free return label by reaching out to contact@helloned.com.   International orders are not eligible for the return policy.
