Brain blend Matcha Latte Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite matcha
  • 1 cup of hemp milk, warmed 
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1 full dropper of Ned Brain Blend
  • Optional: turmeric, black pepper, or Ceylon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add the matcha to your favorite mug and add half of the warmed hemp milk. 
  • Froth until well combined and then add the remainder of hemp milk.
  • Add the full dropper of the Brain Blend and raw honey.
  • Add additional spices if desired, stir, and enjoy!
