Brain blend Matcha Latte Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite matcha
- 1 cup of hemp milk, warmed
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- 1 full dropper of Ned Brain Blend
- Optional: turmeric, black pepper, or Ceylon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the matcha to your favorite mug and add half of the warmed hemp milk.
- Froth until well combined and then add the remainder of hemp milk.
- Add the full dropper of the Brain Blend and raw honey.
- Add additional spices if desired, stir, and enjoy!
