Meet Nichole, Ned's Customer Happiness Representative

When she’s not hard at work putting a smile on our customer’s faces, she’s studying somatic psychology, writing poetry, and spending time in nature.

Ned: Can you share a bit about yourself?

Nichole: I am currently a somatic psychology student (one might also say a perpetual student), a cat mother, a lover of nature, the stars, and exploring the vastness of what it is to be human!

Ned: What are some of your hobbies?

Nichole: I enjoy the act of creating, expressing my body through various movement practices, writing poetry, and spending time in nature.

Ned: What are your core values?

Nichole: Personal development, moving to my body’s natural rhythm, creative expression, kindness.

Ned: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Nichole: Seek to understand, not to be understood.

Ned: What’s your favorite quote?

Ned: What do you do at Ned?

Nichole: I work in the Customer Happiness Department!

Ned: Why do you love working at Ned? 

Nichole: Ned offers flexibility during the changing tides of one’s life (work+life balance). I have felt supported by my colleagues along the way.

Ned: What’s your favorite Ned product?

- 1 dropperful of 1500mg Daily Blend in the early afternoon, to begin the process of unwinding from the day.

- 1 Naked Mellö packet in some warm water around 4pm (couple hours before bed) “insert calming thoughts here”!

- 1 dropperful of the Sleep Blend 30 minutes prior to bed. Without Sleep Blend, I tend to wake up in the middle of the night. Taking a serving 30 minutes before, or right before bed, generally keeps me asleep throughout the evening.

Ned: What do you need to do to feel like your best self every day?

Nichole: Movement! Dancing, yoga, intuitive movement, lifting, or walking in nature.

Ned: How do you like to start your day?

Nichole: Slowly unfurling like a flower. Then coffee.

Ned: How do you like to end your day?

Nichole: Legs up the wall pose for 15 minutes with my partner.

Ned: What’s your best tip for stress?

Nichole: Take a moment to stop everything and drop into the felt sense of the body. From there, decide what your body is needing . . . deep belly breaths, a walk in nature, a hug, or curling up in the fetal position in bed! It can all be helpful during those stressful moments. The key is to drop in and name that tune.

Ned: What’s your best tip for sleep?

Nichole: Curl up next to someone you love . . . and Sleep Blend!
