How is full-spectrum hemp oil different from CBD? We're glad you asked. Unlike CBD isolates, full spectrum hemp oil retains the plant’s CBD as well as all of the other cannabinoids, terpenes, essential vitamins, and fatty acids during extraction. All of these different bioactive molecules work together to enhance each other’s therapeutic effects and nourish the endocannabinoid system. This is often called the “entourage effect”.
The endocannabinoid system is responsible for maintaining internal homeostasis. That’s just a fancy word for balance. Simply put, your endocannabinoid system keeps your body in balance by making sure everything is doing its job right.
The cannabinoids in hemp oil bind to the endocannabinoid receptors that are present throughout the entire body and therefore, cannabinoids play a crucial role in nearly every bodily function, including sleep, metabolism, mood, and injury mitigation.

And don’t worry! Daily Blend won’t get you high. It contains less than 0.3% of THC, which is why you’re able to buy full-spectrum hemp oil over the counter just like any other supplement. However, trace amounts of THC can be detected on drug tests, so if your livelihood depends on it, it’s probably safer to stick to our non-hemp products like Mellö.
