When will my order ship?

All orders are fulfilled within one business day of your order except for holidays and weekends.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground or FedEX, which arrives in 3-5 days from the day of fulfillment.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Ned products, we'd like to hear from you!

First-time customers can take advantage of our 60-day risk-free trial! Details here.

You may return unopened products for a full refund of the sale price within 60 days of order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned product being received by Ned & Co. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the return unless otherwise requested.

Please note, an exchange for an item of a first time order counts as part of the 60 day risk free trial and therefore is not eligible for a return or refund after the initial transaction.
