Ned_Walks

In an increasingly noisy world, we wholly believe nature is the antidote. When engaged with nature we are happier, healthier, more creative, and aligned with our true, most powerful selves.

Ned Walks give us the opportunity to connect with nature and friends, old and new. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing,” Ned Walks are about being present and utilizing our senses to reconnect with the land as well as ourselves. Typical walks last about three hours. We choose trails heavy on nature and light on the body. These walks focus less on exercise and more on reconnecting our bodies with the outdoors and we may only cover a couple miles.

In the span of three hours, there is an undeniable transformation that occursYou will be relaxed and in turn, happier. Off of the trail, you will see your life unfolding more honestly. This transformation is what Ned is all about and it thrills us to see it!
