During this challenging time, we wanted to take a moment to reassure you that the health and safety of our community and team continue to be of the utmost importance.
As we learn more about the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to keep you in the loop on some of the ongoing measures we’re taking to ensure the safety of the products you trust as well as the extraordinary people who make them possible.
- Nearly all of our team is working remotely from the safety of their homes. Our Customer Happiness team is available to serve you and we’re stepping up our efforts to support you with content that keeps things light, informative and approachable.
- Our e-commerce store at HelloNed.com is running without interruption so you can place your orders online and expect the same prompt delivery you know and trust. The one caveat is that our freshest batch of Hemp Infused Body Butter is on a short production delay due to slow-downs in the supply chain. We’ll be back to shipping them as normal by the end of this week.
- Our Operations Manager extraordinaire and self-proclaimed ‘germaphobe,’ Matthew, has taken his already sky-high standards of workplace excellence and cleanliness to new heights. Access to our facility is strictly limited and we are continuously reviewing our procedures to ensure best practices are being followed for manufacturing and fulfillment.
