Using about half of the recommended dose and I’m getting into great sleep, while also not feeling groggy next morning. Trying to go to bed earlier to wake up and hit the gym before work. This product I can tell I’m able to get in a consistent sleepy mood. Gave my wife some to try (skeptical of plant product) and she noticed deeper sleep also and became a fan
I’ve only tried it for two weeks, I’ve OCD and it doesn’t really make me feel any type of way, it’s just a moderate feeling of relaxation but is very mild. I think I’ll give it two more weeks and see if it increases its effects.
So far, I think the Sleep blend might be helping with being able to get a deeper rest when I manage to fall asleep, but it's not helping me fall asleep faster. I don't really notice any change in my mood with the De-Stress blend, but I also haven't had any extremely challenging days since I received the products. Still experimenting with both. Not yet hooked, but still experimenting with dosing to see if I can feel more benefit from the Sleep blend. My issue with sleep is falling asleep more than staying asleep, so unless I can start to feel an improvement with that, I may not continue with the product.
