Meet rock climbers and Ned ambassadors, Chelsea and Nick Hill, who live full-time in their converted van, Vanny Devito, with their 3 cats. 

Ned: Can you share a bit about yourself and what you’re focused on? 

Chelsea: We live & wander around in a van with our cats that we built ourselves! We are creating a simple life really soaking each moment in, being mindful & present is our main focus right now!


Ned: What do you use Ned for?

Chelsea: Overall balance & stress control.


Ned: Which Ned products do you use and how do you use them during the course of your day?

Chelsea: I take 10mg of the Daily Blend every morning with my tea. Most days I will also take .25ml of the de-stress blend in the afternoon.

Nick takes a full dropper of the De-stress blend every morning with his tea.


Ned: How has Ned helped you? How do our products make you feel? 

Chelsea: Nick has stress related stomach issues and with taking the de-stress blend, he has really noticed a huge decrease in his stomach symptoms. Focusing on the gut & internally with the de-stress blend has made it where Nick will go most days without a symptom now. 


Ned: What are some of your other favorite health products, practices, foods, etc.?

Chelsea: Yoga, meditation, journaling, ashwaganda, mushroom supplements

Ned: What do you know you need to do to feel like your best self every day?

Chelsea: I need to have a quiet morning, drink enough water, and to get a full night’s rest.


Ned: How do you like to start your day?

Chelsea: I drink tea, take my daily blend, get some kitty snuggles, journal, & read.


Ned: How do you like to end your day?

Chelsea: I watch the sunset, and play a card game or watch a movie to wind down after the day.


Ned: What’s your favorite ritual?

Chelsea: Meditating daily.


Ned: What’s your best tip for stress?

Chelsea: Take a moment for yourself and take 5 deep breaths.


Ned: What’s your best tip for mood?

Chelsea: Dance it out, set your phone down & get outside, touch the earth.


Ned: What’s your best tip for sleep?

Chelsea: Have a wind down routine, something that works best to get you out of day mode & ready to start relaxing.


Ned: What’s something you want to start doing?

Chelsea: Go for a walk everyday.


Ned: What’s something you want to stop doing? 

Chelsea: Spending too much time on social media.


Ned: What’s a super simple practice you do that’s improved your life?

Chelsea: Drink enough water.


Ned: What’s the smallest change you’ve made that’s had the biggest impact?

Chelsea: Making sure to move our bodies everyday.


Ned: What would you say to someone thinking about trying Ned?

Chelsea: Absolutely go for it! Nick & I have been so happy using Ned, it’s something we are keeping in our routine & we think everyone should give it a try!!
