Ned: Can you share a bit about yourself?
Carlynn: I was born and raised overseas (Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Russia, China). I moved to the US at 18 where I now reside in a small lake town in the panhandle region of North Idaho. Professionally, I'm a Hormone Health coach passionate to teach + empower humans how to leverage nutrition to improve energy, metabolism, and establish sustainable wellness.
Ned: What are some of your hobbies?
Carlynn: Adventuring in nature, crafting fun recipes, eating foods from around the world, and finding ways to create a deeper connection to our Mother Earth.

Ned: What do you do at Ned?
Carlyn: I'm Ned's Holistic Wellness Consultant where I have the pleasure of speaking personally with our North Star Members. I also manage wholesale partnerships, and am one of the voices behind our Customer Happiness Team!
Ned: Why do you love working at Ned?
Carlynn: I absolutely love that I can be a remote worker and use my own professional educational background to support Ned’s community. I love having the opportunity to support people develop a more intimate relationship to the natural world. Hemp personally has supported my health journey and given me immense relief and support. It's amazing to see the impact of this plant for others lives and health through Ned’s work.
Ned: What’s your favorite Ned product?
Carlynn: I primarily work with the hormone Balance Blend which has been a major natural remedy for my menstrual health. I’ve slowly brought in the De-Stress Blend to use more on an as needed basis but have found it to be really helpful to get through the long winter months.
Ned: What do you need to do to feel like your best self every day?
Carlynn: Get outside as well as craft nourishing wholesome meals.

Carlynn: Oral Hygiene routine, Skin nourishment and nutrients.

Carlynn: Herbal tea, nourishing dinner, and a piece of dark chocolate.
