1. GROWING THE HEMP
Jonathan and his team at Terra Fina Farm in Paonia spend a whole year cultivating the organic full spectrum hemp flowers.
2. GROWING THE BOTANICALS
Elise and her team at Oshala Farm in Oregon spend 5 months cultivating the oatstraw and skullcap. Emily and her team at Meeting House Farm in Maine spend 3 months cultivating the lemon balm. Abby and her team at Foxtrot Farm in Massachusetts spend 5 months cultivating the passionflower.
3. HARVESTING THE PLANTS
Our Farm to Ned Alliance partners harvest, dry, and package the plants to ship to us.
4. EXTRACTING THE HEMP
Sonja and the extraction team in Palmer Lake spend 1 week extracting the hemp oil from Jonathan’s hemp flowers.
5. BASE OIL PRODUCTION
With all the ingredients now at Nedquarters, it’s party time! Vida spends 3 weeks extracting the botanicals to create the base oil for Sleep Blend.
6. FINAL BATCH PRODUCTION
Vida spends 1 week crafting the final product batch of Sleep Blend.
7. TESTING
A third party lab in Denver spends 1 week testing a sample of the final batch for potency, purity, and overall quality. The results are posted on our website.
8. BOTTLING
Once testing is complete, Beto spends 2 days filling the bottles and manually attaching the droppers.
9. PACKAGING
Keith spends 4 days cleaning and sealing the bottles and placing them in their paper tube.
10. SEALING
Sydney spends 2 days sealing each tube with a gold sticker and writing the batch number on the side.
11. SHIPPING
