Sleep blend was recommended by a Physical Therapist when I mentioned having trouble getting to sleep after knee replacement surgery. He said it was the best product available and that he had used it.
I love it as it helps my body and mind relax so I can get to sleep and stay asleep. No morning drowsiness or grogginess either. I highly recommend it!

Short term relief

I liked the intitial results from the sleep blend but I wish it would be a longer acting solution to staying asleep. I don't have issues falling asleep but staying asleep is another thing. I may try to capsules to see if they help with the longevity of the product.
